Beneteau, Beneteau…everywhere Beneteau

2012 concluded on a high note with Australia’s Beneteau fleet taking all races on the east coast of Australia.

The Beneteaus proved again that Sydney to Hobart is their race by taking the full podium of the IRC Division 3.  Lunchtime Legend, Beneteau First 40 (QLD) taking home first, followed by Brannew, Beneteau First 40 (NSW), and Peugeot Surfrider, Beneteau First 45 (NSW) gliding into third. The remaining Beneteaus followed filling up the division standings.

A week later in NSW, the Pittwater to Coffs Harbour race was again ruled by the Beneteaus.  Just a Dash, Beneteau First 40 (NSW), took the winning trophy home in the IRC division, just one point ahead of Victoire, Beneteau First 45 (NSW).  Following the leaders was Le Billet, yes another Beneteau 40.7.
